o9 bet may request identity verification documents at any point, including before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold. Acceptable documents include a national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
All deposits on o9 bet are processed in Bangladeshi taka (BDT). Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly in most cases. o9 bet does not charge fees on deposits, though your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.
If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, contact our support team via live chat with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. o9 bet does not send funds to third-party accounts or payment methods not linked to your registered profile. All withdrawals are settled in BDT.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be converted to real money by meeting the applicable wagering requirements. Only the real-money portion of your balance is available for withdrawal at any time. If you attempt to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

o9 bet offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. The general rules below apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times in total before any withdrawal is permitted.
o9 bet monitors all accounts for bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or using automated software to clear bonuses. Any account found to be abusing promotions will be suspended and all bonus-related winnings forfeited.

All bets placed on o9 bet are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system. It is your responsibility to ensure all bet details are correct before confirming.
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game type and account tier. Standard account limits are displayed within each game. High Roller members have elevated stake limits as part of their VIP benefits. o9 bet reserves the right to adjust stake limits for any account at any time.
A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned, a technical error affects the outcome, the odds were published incorrectly due to a system error, or the bet was placed after the event had already concluded. Void bets are refunded to your account balance in full.
Live in-play betting is available on selected sports and events. o9 bet reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time. Bets accepted during a suspension period may be voided. Connection issues on the player's side do not constitute grounds for voiding a bet that was successfully accepted by the system.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the o9 bet platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:
o9 bet cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in cases involving fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity. Any funds associated with prohibited activities will be frozen pending investigation and may be permanently forfeited.
o9 bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reason to believe that the account holder has violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
You may request to close your o9 bet account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all wagering requirements have been met and no outstanding investigations are pending.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. o9 bet will notify you by the contact details on file before applying any dormancy policy. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee as permitted by applicable regulations.
